June 20, 2009MEET : BABY R
So at the beginning of June I feel like there was a baby boom! No really I was busy shooting newborns!
And SOOOOO much fun!
Right before I left for North Carolina (a post coming soon of that) I got to meet up the the R family! Baby R was a mere 10 days old!
The best time to photograph a newborn is really in the first 3-7 days of there life. Why? Cause all they do is sleep! And that is how you get those adorable sleeping baby shoots that I die for!
Okay enough of that .. when I arrived Baby R was awake and happy to greet me with mom & dad…

Then it was sleppy time..

Nikki–these are stunning. The last one is a favorite–love your term–the baby landscape–I may have to steal that!
I also almost died when I saw the one of Baby R snuggled up to Dad’s chin, the little hands holding his face–chills. Great job!
