Well it’s that time of the year to enjoy family and friends!

It’s also a time to recharge, regroup and gear up for the up coming year!

I want to wish all my clients and readers a very merry christmas , happy holiday and happy new year!

EXPECTING : CARRIE & TREVOR

Carrie and Trevor are a past couple and have recently informed me that they were expecting! I was so excited for them both! The first words out of my mouth to Carrie was … MATERNITY SHOOT!!! And Carrie … who loves to be the star was like …. ummm at the beach??? Well after a bunch of rain reschedules and complications here we are … at the beach on the most perfect sunny .. warm .. October day!

Can I say how cute Carrie looks … Come on with here baby belly ….

This is one of my favorites from the day … I love the entire feeling of the photo!

After walking around on the beach I found this amazing patch of field … not sure if we should of been there but …. LOOK!

It was a beautiful sunny August day ….. and all I kept telling myself was it’s not going to rain …. it’s not…..

See I thought I have been cursed … EVERYTIME I have gone to St Clement’s Castle it RAINS!!!!!

And with this rainy summer I was terrified … no scared terrified … but the CURSE has been LIFTED!!!!!

With no rain and now a couple of weddings at St Clement’s Castle I feel my luck has changed…..

MARRIED: GINA and DAN

I have know Gina since about well I was around 15 … we were teammates on our local rhythmic gymnastics team. Over the years we would see each other, facebook or somehow get in touch ….. and the day I got her phone call about the wedding I was floored ….. honored …… and touched. See to me it is always such an honor for someone you know to hire you for their wedding day …. so Gina and Dan ….. Thank You! Okay without anymore Gina and Dan’s day!

The flowers were amazing ….. and gorgeous from Wild Orchid in Middletown so bright and vibrant!

Gina’s family is so close and so excited about her wedding! Look how pround and excited her father was waiting for her to come down stairs ….

It’s that time of year to start thinking of your holiday cards and photos!

Yup I cannot believe it either!

Every August I get a visit from the Hussey Kids …. when they come from Wisconsin to visit their grandmother!

This year I thought since they do not have ocean beaches it would be a treat for them to be photographed on one!

The kids are getting so big …. and it is such a treat for me to be able to see each one develop their own personalities!

Hope you kids are having a good first week back at school!

MEET : MATT

Matt is another high school senior that I had the funnest (is that a word?) time photographing! I have know his Dad for sometime now and have gotten to see Matt grow up from a little kid to a college freshmen! OH MY!!! Matt will be going to Eastern in the fall!

MEET: CARLEY

I met up with Carley a couple of weeks ago to photograph her for her high school senior photos!

I have not photographed any seniors in quite sometime and I must say …. I do miss it! We had such a blast! See Carley is going to be going this fall to my old stomping grounds ….. that’s right she is going to be a freshman at U-HART!!!University of Hartford… so of course I had to give her some tips about that school …. and tell her how much FUN I had! Yeah I miss college sometimes…..

MEET: TANYA & URLACHER (THE DOG)

A couple weeks ago, right before the craziness of wedding season stepped in, I hopped on a plane to go visit a very old pal of mine Tanya. See Tanya and I go way back…. I mean like before we were even born back. See our Mom’s were pregnant at the same time and well I arrived in December and Tanya well January!

Tanya’s husband had been recently deployed back to Iraq…. so what do friends do …. they go VISIT and to NC I went!

While I was getting some well deserved R&R in NC I had to use my creativity and capture a bunch of Urlacher! Urlacher is a mini long haired dachshund. He is just too cute and always gets me with the big brown eyes!

So without anymore waiting meet Urlacher!

Here he is just hanging out in the house. I love how you can see his tiny body! I know he is soooo cute!

Now as important as Urlacher is, so isn’t Tanya!

We went to the dog beach at sunset and got the most amazing light!

I LOVE this ONE!!!!

Just as we were leaving the beach I saw this amazing fence… I was like HOLD IT!!!!!

Go sit and hang!

Thanks Tanya for having me! I cannot wait to come back and sit on the beach and  oh FRY LIKE A LOBSTER AGAIN!

AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!  OMG!!!!!!!!!!!  Or any other screams for joy sounds you can think of!

A couple of weeks ago my good friend and extremely talented photographer Carla Ten Eyck (aka C10) and her amazing associate Erik Maziarz graciously took me out for a shoot! I have been asking Carla about shooting me for my new blog and for some other stuff and we finally were able to do it!

So today just like 5 minutes ago she surprised me with shots on the her blogy site!

Okay they make your legs look really really good but they hurt my feeties!

But I have this LOVE for sneakers ….. PUMA’S that is…..

I just love they way they feel on my feet and look….. and guess what no more traveling to NYC to visit the Puma Store!

That’s right they opened a Puma store in Moheagan Sun! YEAH!!! That’s right now I can spend tons more money on pumas

and add to the collection so……
