Bride: Hilary

Groom: Seth (aka ZDM)

She likes ….  anything with food, from the Food Network to anything Anthony Bourdain

He likes … Crossfit and try new things, so sadly, I think I must consume the mustard, which I hate but got as a wedding gift

Together we like to … be caught fist pumping and yelling, “OH YEAH!” excessively loud together in public

Our wedding day was special because …. we were able to have those closest to us in an intimate setting to share our big day, bringing together two awesome families.

Hilary and Seth Best of Luck!

It was one of those days were the sun did not want to shine and the morning started off with rain. It was one of those days where you just know the rain would disappear … with the help of the weather man of course …. and that everything would workout just perfect. It was a day where the 2010 wedding season was at a close and you wanted to kick some serious wedding photography behind and end on a high note. It was a day of excitement … LOVE and the kindest, sweetest couple I know.

CREEDANCE AND MARK

So to close out the 2010 wedding year I give you a stellar Wadsworth Mansion wedding. It was small, intimate, beautiful and LOVE was in the air. See for yourself!

Alicia Candelora: LOOOOVE these! I especially love all the navy blue :)

Athena Bludé: Very nice, Nikki! I love all the navy blue too!

I do not know even where to start on this entry about Amy and Pete. When I met Amy I knew that there was just something about her. Maybe it was being a special education teacher, maybe it was the way she spoke so kindly or maybe it was the way her now husband Pete talked about her daughter. There was just something special about Amy. Over the past year Amy has grown to be more of a friend then a client. At times she would just pick up the phone to say Hi!, or even just wanting to check in about her wedding then leading the conversation into other things. Yes Amy has become the bride turned friend. So when her wedding day arrived I was over joyed …. filled with emotion … and excited! This was the day she had been waiting for … this was the day a new family was to all become one ….. this was the day my friend could not stop smiling!

AMY and PETE

In planning Amy and Pete had many obstacles to overcome … from finding a new reception location …. buying a new home and of course making all the numbers coming together. But in the end EVERYTHING came together perfectly … the weather was a bit chilly but no rain …. the foliage was in full peak … and the DJ kept the dance floor packed .. yes it was a good good night.

One item that was very important to Amy was her grandmothers wedding photo and her grandmother’s garter. As you can see above and below she wanted it included in some photos signifying old and new … or tradition.

The photo below is a combination of both Tyler and me … team work!

It was the best day ever. Thank you Thank you Thank you...

Kaitlyn (Robert & Kathleen Photographers): The black and white images of Amy and Pete after their wedding are breath taking! I especially enjoyed the one of them in the tunnel.

It was one of those fall days it was just suppose to rain … rain and rain. Kristen just wanted to have sun and no rain. No worries it won’t rain I told her …. and then the sun came out, the rain stopped and a smile grace Kristen’s face.

It’s not about a big party … it’s about celebrating … it’s about a new family coming together …. it’s about LOVE!

ALLISON AND ERIC

When I first met Allison and Eric I noticed how patient and kind the two of them were. Listening to each others words and making sure to be paying attention to each other at all times. They mentioned to me that their wedding was to be small and intimate at a family estate in Wethersfield, the Silas Robbins House. To them this wedding was not only about love, but a new family for Allison’s son Noah. It was a moment she has been waiting for … for a long time.

Tyler and I arrived at the house and were in awe! The house has been completely restored into a B&B and is just amazing. If you ever have a chance to stay there I would recommend it.

A combination of views from Tyler and I during the first look.

See how beautiful the decor is inside the house … just amazing!

Moments right after the ceremony …. 10 mintues to themselevs to take in what just happend …

Allison and Eric thank you for having us as part of your day!

Be sure to hop on over to Tyler’s Blog for his view of the day!
